Devlog 4 - LOTS of changes


Been working fairly steadily for the last 2 weeks.

While Not completely finished, more has been added than any point before the original push.

Changes to the game include:

  • Pathfinding Bug fixes
  • Added Time to the game
  • Daily Events added to the game, including recurring events(ie. Weekly resets, etc.)
  • Dungeon Events added to the game. Trash mobs before bosses will be abstracted, with either reports on events or small choices presented (Think clicking star hubs in FTL)
  • Can now take the night Off. Currently only advances the day
  • Players can now transition into/out of dungeons without everything breaking!
  • All Classes are fully functional
  • Outlines added to Players
  • Complete rehaul of how Abilities work, behind the scenes. This was need for...
  • Added ability to control a player. Currently WASD to move, 1,2,3,4,5 To use abilities. Exploring mouse alternatives.

The full rehaul requires some tweaks and bug fixes. When that is complete, I will add the first Dungeon/bosses to the game. 

At that point it will be ready for the first stages of testing
